The Cargo Room is a mobile boutique women’s “dream closet” full of apparel and accessories. Owner Heather Parsons studied fashion at the University of Central Oklahoma before spending a semester in New York and eventually moved to the Big Apple. After her time in New York, with college degree in hand, Heather got her first real industry job with a designer in New York’s Fashion District. Heather is now back in OKC with the Cargo Room Mobile Boutique brining the nest on fashion and accessories to OKC.
